What you always pay

The delivery fee is charged per trip, not per garment, and it does not change with the number of pieces you keep. If nothing fits, ₹99 is the entire cost of the visit.
What you pay only if you keep something

Every garment's exact price is shown in the app before you add it to your try bag, and again on the confirmation screen before you pay. There are no handling charges, packaging charges, convenience fees or surge pricing. The price you see is the price you pay.
How you pay
The ₹99 delivery fee and any kept garments are paid at your door, by UPI or in cash. Your delivery partner confirms exactly what you are keeping, and the total, on their device before taking payment. You always see the itemised total before any money changes hands.
